If we’re in network with your insurance plan that is an option to pursue care if they cover our services, however performance coaching in isolation is not covered by insurance and will have to be paid for out of pocket.

PAYMENT DETAILS
Any payment is typically made via cash or card (we use Square, Paypal, Zelle, or Venmo for payments).
We do accept Health Savings Account (HSA) payments so we can process payments with your HSA/Flex card!
If insurance is very important to you, reach out and ask if we’re in-network with your plan. We’re in the process of seeking credentialing from Pacific Source.
If you’re using a motor vehicle/car insurance policy to cover for physical therapy/rehabilitation after a motor vehicle/car accident, then we do accept all of those policies also.
We also can accept the majority of workers compensations cases.
Each session is set for at least 60 minutes unless you request otherwise.
The typical direct pay rates for non motor vehicle cases are $200 for an evaluation/initial assessment and $175 for each follow up session. There is a charge of $43.75 for each additional 8-15 minutes after the hour.
Out of network coverage for rehabilitation (commonly referred to as physical therapy by insurance companies) can be conveniently provided.
Personal training is not covered by insurance, a session is typically $150/hour for individuals with adjustable rates for group sessions.
